Product description
Skin ointment for external use. Content: 10 ointment injections, injections by which the skin ointment can be applied
on the affected skin in an accurate and economical way, after which the ointment is spread by means of the fingertips.
The active component in PT-SEO is a substance which originates out of a plant and which is modified for use on the skin
The ointment is composed in such way that it is easily to be applied on and absorbed by the skin.
PT-SEO doesn't contain corticosteroids. The ointment injections can be used for more then one treatment.
One packaging PT-SEO will be sufficient to be used for an average period of 3 months.
PT-SEO
PT-SEO can be used for the treatment of wounds of horses which suffer from Sweet Itch (hypersensitivity to insect bites)
PT-SEO was by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Utrecht clinically tested.
This study shows that horses after three weeks treatment with PT-SEO where significantly less affected
by the summer eczema symptoms. Also, the healing influenced favorably. PT-SEO is well tolerated by the horses.
Publiced Research
Published research van den Boom et al Tijdschrift voor Diergeneeskunde january 2011 shows that the use of
PT-SEO results into a significant reduction of the annoyances caused by Sweet Itch.

Usage
PHYTOTREAT PT-SEO
The wound ointment is supposed to be applied directly on the horse's skin.
The small opening makes that you can precicely put the ointment on the irritated skin areas, between the hair of the coat.
As soon as the ointment comes in contact with the skin, it becomes liquid, what makes it easy to lubricate the skin with your hands.
Use PT-SEO twice a day during the first week. after that, once a day is enough.
Studies show that after approximately 3 weeks the skin is healed enough for the missing hairs to grow back.
One packaging PT-SEO will be sufficient to be used for an average period of 3 months.
