DocHorse is a webshop for the professional rider.
Conditions
- The following terms and conditions of delivery and payment apply to all our offers.
- The minimum amount per order is 25€, unfortunately below that the freight is too expensive.
- All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
- For transportation/administration and shipping costs to foreign countries, extra costs will be charged (see under the heading 'delivery').
- All offers of DocHorse are without any engagement. Offers are made under reservation of availability of the product. If a product can no longer be delivered, you will be contacted and you may be offered an alternative. You can also have the money refunded into your account.
- DocHorse has the right to change prices and to correct typing errors, where required. If you suffer any loss as a result of this, you will be informed of this by email. You then will be entitled to cancel your order.
- If you place an order, your data will not be passed on to third parties. The Dutch Data Protection Act applies in this respect.
- DocHorse does not take any responsibility for the use of the products during events or shows, the guidelines of the organizing board should be respected. Relevant national law and regulations should be checked frequently, due to the dynamic nature of this area of expertise.
- DocHorse is not liable for losses as a consequence of excess of delivery terms. If your order is not in stock, you will be contacted about the time of delivery. If the time of delivery is not acceptable to you, the order is cancelled automatically.
- Representations of products may differ from what is delivered to you. Of course, you will receive the product you ordered.
- Transactions with DocHorse are always governed by Dutch law.
- In case of cancellation of your order we will reimburse you for your order, please note that in case of credit card payment it will take 28 days. We can reimburse you immediately, than you should sent us IBAN and Swift code by email and we will make a transfer into your account, please note that we have to charge you 1,95 euro for this service.
