DocHorse return service
DocHorse aims to keep her customers satisfied by offering the DocHorse return service.
All products can be returned except food supplements, medications and liquid care products.
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may also return your products with the DocHorse return service.
Freight charges for a shipped order will never be refunded, unless the order was wrongfully shipped. This also concerns items where initially no shipping costs were charged. If the order contained more then one item, the complete amount for the returned product will be refunded.
If you want to return a product because a wrong item has been sent the shipping costs will be refunded.
Prior to the return shipment please contact us first so we can make the right administrative preparation and inform the warehouse that your shipment will be returned.

Please note that a request for returning a product must be done within 14 days after purchase, countries outside of Europe have a term of 20 days after purchase.
The return shipment will be accepted if the product is undamaged and packed in the original packing material.
Refunding your money will be done after receiving the product(s) back in our warehouse. Please be aware that partial refunds via credit card are not possible due to technical reasons.
DocHorse does not accept return orders and will not reimburse purchase amounts of goods that have been damaged during shipment. In consultation with DocHorse the responsibility for the damage will be determined.
When a damage package is offered to you please do not accept the package in advance, the package will then be shipped back to us by the delivery compagny without any additional costs. You may choose whether you like to receive another package or if you want to cancel your order.
Discounted items can only be returned after a consultation with DocHorse by email email@example.com, phone +31 (0)30 241 28 30 or by using the online chat on our website to contact us directly.
For returned discounted items you will receive a voucher worth the total amount of the returned products.
Refunding your money in this case is not possible.
