Addition of electrolytes aims at:

In the formula of electrolytes, Twydil has replaced the original sugar contents with isomers that can utilize the digestive enzymes present in the horses’ feed. Hence, the sugar ratio of the feed decreases – and so do the sugar-related negative effects.
