Pavo Multivit15 contains a broad spectrum of vitamins and CellProtect antioxidants, which support many body functions. For example, vitamin B1 (thiamine) plays a role in sugar conversion. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and B5 provide energy to the cells. Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) is needed for various cellular processes. Choline helps with muscle relaxation. In addition to synthetic vitamin E, Pavo MultiVit15 also contains the natural CellProtect antioxidants for better availability of vitamin E and neutralization of free radicals.

Vitamin A The amount of vitamin A in Pavo Multivit15 has been deliberately reduced, because research has shown that this is often dosed too high and 'the higher the better' does not apply to this vitamin. Overdosage can lead to problems.
