Return Period & Return Policy
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt (20 days for orders outside Europe). Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please note: Grooming products and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt to ensure that the product has been delivered complete and undamaged. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible.
How to Return an Item
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the product is unused and undamaged. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any loss in value of the product.
- Register your return through our return portal: Return Portal
- Pack the products securely. Returns are shipped at your own risk.
- Keep your proof of shipment until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received.
- Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few business days and your refund will be issued.
Good to Know
- Grooming products and supplements cannot be returned.
- Products cannot be exchanged. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
- Products must be returned clean. If an item is returned dirty, a €35 cleaning fee will be charged.
- If a product is damaged or used and can no longer be sold, you are responsible for the loss in value and may receive only a partial refund.
- The original packaging is required for all returns.
