Changes in your horse's ration can cause digestive problems. Horses naturally have a sensitive gastrointestinal tract, whereby stress, a move or surgery can cause your horse to suffer. You can recognize these problems by irritation of the mucous membranes, thin manure, diarrhea, stomach problems and colic. Pavo Guthealth is a suitable supplement to give to support the digestion.

The oregano oil in Pavo GutHealth is added because of its antibacterial effect. These are both prebiotics, which help to maintain the balance between the positive and negative bacteria in the intestines. The special thing about inulin is that it is only degradable by some groups of intestinal bacteria - and not by the horse itself - so all the nutrients are made available to the bacteria and nothing is lost. In addition to prebiotics, Pavo GutHealth also contains the probiotic Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, which works like the well-known dairy drink Yakult. Probiotics are bacteria that reach the intestines alive.
