Voor en na het werk de spieren grondig masseren. U kunt in principe alle spiergroepen van hals tot broekspieren met dit liniment behandelen. Afhankelijk van welke spiergroep u op dat moment het meest traint / belast kan daar nadruk op worden gelegd. Voor een snelle lichaams- en vachtverzorging mengt u 1 deel liniment met 6 delen water. Met een spons kunt u het paard hiermee inmasseren
