Arnica Montana or wolf’s bane, as it’s also called, is a perennial plant belonging to the composite family of plants and has long been used as a medicinal plant.

Arnica extract is often used to improve blood flow through the blood vessels, which reduces swelling and soothes
muscles and joints. Strained and vulnerable muscles and exertion are generally treated with arnica.
