Sweet almond oil is well known for its softening, nourishing and soothing qualities. It is recommended for dry or irritated skin and helps to strengthen hair. Thanks to its excellent skin tolerance, it is suitable even for sensitive skin types.

This natural oil is rich in essential fatty acids including omega 6 and omega 9. It also contains vitamins A and E, minerals, trace elements, phytosterols that support microcirculation, and protective terpenic alcohols. Sweet almond oil moisturizes and protects the skin while calming irritation and itching.

Sweet almond oil is also an excellent base for making infused plant oils or oily macerates.

How to combine sweet almond oil

For added nourishment, sweet almond oil can be combined with vegetable butters such as shea butter. Extracted from the fruit of the shea tree by pressing, shea butter is highly nutritious thanks to its karitene and vitamin A content. It promotes natural skin regeneration and provides deep hydration and nourishment.
