The liners are quickly and easily to attach to the outer shell of the rugs. The inner liner and outer shell operate as one unit. No more shifted and disheveled under rugs. A velcro loop attachment around the neck area, and clips on the back corner of the outer rug prevent the liner from slipping. A simple system, it gives your rug superior insulation properties without the need of two seperate rugs and can be easily washed at home in a domestic washing machine.
