Washing instructions

• Machine wash at 30–40°C
• Use a laundry bag or pillowcase
• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry

Usage – Dry (circulation & recovery)

• Ideal after training, overnight, or during transport
• Supports with osteoarthritis, stiffness, and mild swelling
• Equipped with an integrated silicone grip to prevent slipping.

Usage – Wet (cooling & inflammation)

• Submerge in cold water, wring out, and apply
• Activates a cooling effect of up to approximately -7.3°C
• Use for 30–60 minutes, remove when dry
• Ideal for acute sensitivity, heavy training, or post-treatment recovery
