The LeMieux Vector Stirrups represent a new generation of safety stirrups, technically advanced and lightweight, while maintaining the classic elegance that riders have come to expect from LeMieux.

Crafted from aerospace-grade aluminium, these stirrups offer an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, weighing just 372 grams – significantly lighter than most stirrups on the market – without compromising stability.

The ergonomic footplate of the Balance Stirrup is set at a 5º angle and features a grippy surface, mounted on a shock-absorbing cushion layer made from dynamic polymer with a 70% compression rating. This advanced design absorbs impact and vibration at landing, reducing strain on the knees and ankles and easing pressure on leg muscles and tendons. Integrated hardened steel pins provide maximum grip and security for the rider's boot.

A unique twin-balance arch system supports the footplate, evenly distributing weight across the stirrup frame. The recessed, off-set apex promotes a 45º outward orientation, helping riders find the optimal foot position and retrieve a lost stirrup with ease.

The integrated safety arm features a two-stage release mechanism to prevent accidental opening. Spring-loaded and securely anchored into the main frame, the arm ensures even weight distribution during high-impact moments such as jumping, preventing the stirrup from twisting or collapsing outward. In the event of a fall, pressure on the arm activates the release system, allowing the foot to exit the stirrup freely and preventing entrapment.
