Pavo MuscleCare contains the natural CellProtect antioxidants and the doping free beta-alanine (β-alanine). This is a non-essential amino acid that is a part of carnosine. This supports the buffering capacity of the muscles against lactic acid. By adding beta-alanine to the diet, the body can produce more carnosine and thus delay muscle acidification. | Usage Text | If you do not know whether your horse has a tendency to muscle acidification after heavy work, you can give Pavo Eplus preventively. Horses which are known to have stiffness and muscle pain after an effort, benefit from Pavo MuscleCare. Give Pavo MuscleCare daily through the feed at least two weeks before the competition until a week after. With very sensitive horses it is recommended to give Pavo MuscleCare over a longer period. Horse (approx. 600 kg): 100 grams per day. |
