Seaver Safefit Airbag Vest

The SAFEFIT airbag vest offers the highest level of safety certification currently available in Europe (NF S72-800:2021) and is certified by the ALIENOR CERTIFICATION laboratory, in compliance with European Regulation EU2016/425 (effective from April 21, 2023).

With every purchase of a SAFEFIT airbag vest, you will receive a free one-year subscription to SAFERIDE, an app available for iOS and Android. Once activated on your smartphone, your friends and family will be immediately notified in case of a fall and can track your location to provide prompt assistance. Along with the vest, you will receive an activation code that you can easily enter into the Seaver app.

The vest comes complete with everything you need for use, including a CO2 gas cartridge, an activation key, a connection strap, and a cable connector. The cable connector, which attaches to the saddle, ensures the connection between the airbag and the saddle. In the event of a fall, the gas cartridge is detached, causing the airbag to inflate within milliseconds. Simply replace the gas cartridge to use the vest again.

With its slim fit, the SAFEFIT airbag vest is designed to fit perfectly under your riding attire. It can be worn without issue under an airbag-compatible garment, without affecting the deployment of the airbag. For a garment to be airbag-compatible, it must contain at least 15% elastane. The vest is also versatile and can be worn over your favorite down jacket in winter or over a t-shirt in summer.

Maintenance:

• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Brush the vest with a lightly damp, stiff-bristled brush.
• Air dry the vest, preferably on a clothes hanger.
• Do not submerge the airbag in water.
• The fabric is weather-resistant.
