The main part of the girth is in 3 sections and the middle section has the most elastic & greatest ability to move & stretch.

Its special design allows the horse to expand its chest when needed during exercise. The elastic rings expand and contract with the rib cage, maintaining a uniform tension.

In a Comparative study of girths:
All horses, without exception, maintained much lower heart rates when using the Stübben/Equi-Soft® girth.

Advise:
To correctly use the Equi-Soft® girth, the center of the girth must be positioned symmetrically in the center of the horses girth line.
Never adjust only one side, the tension should be similar on both sides of the girth.

Note: This girth will standard be deliverd with a leahter padding. It's also possible to receive a sheepskin or elastotex lining instead. Please let us know if you prefer an other lining.
