Usage & care

Build-up period: Start with 2–3 hours a day for a few days, gradually increasing to a maximum of 24 hours of wear. This allows the body to get used to the circulation-enhancing effect. 

Washing: Clean at 30 °C with normal detergent; do NOT use fabric softener and avoid the tumble dryer to maintain the ceramic effect. 

Lasting effectiveness: The ceramic effect does not wear off, as it is deeply woven into the fibers.
